In addition to producing 5", 7", 9", 11", and 15" billets for materials used in aerospace to extrusion and forged products, we have expanded our capabilities to include 18" and 35" large billet production systems. We achieved this by implementing advanced ARC casting equipment to meet the growing demand for large-scale forging billets. Our high-quality billets are created using the Air Slip manufacturing method and A622 degassing equipment, making them ideal for applications requiring advanced materials, such as the aerospace and defense industries. Furthermore, our billet organization meets the specifications outlined in AMS 2772 & 2750, ensuring quality stability and uniformity with the use of homogeneous reactor equipment.
